In order to make a claim under the Virgin Atlantic Dutyfree Price Match Guarantee, you must have purchased a product from this website and provide proof of an identical product being sold at a lower price at a UK airport* within 30 days. Confectionery items are excluded from the guarantee. 

Please send this support to retailtherapy@3sixtydutyfree.com along with your contact details and a copy of the receipt from your onboard purchase and we will contact you to reimburse the difference.
