How to shop using Vouchers

Vouchers issued by Virgin Atlantic Customer Relations:

Unfortunately these vouchers cannot be redeemed online. To redeem these with Retail Therapy please have a look at the website and choose the items you would like to purchase and email our team at retailtherapy@3sixtydutyfree.com. You will then need to return the vouchers to us at the address below. Once we have received the vouchers we will be able to place the order for you.

Pre-order for delivery Inflight
If the order is for a Virgin Atlantic flight you can choose anything from our website to be delivered to your seat.onboard the aircraft. You will receive a confirmation email which you should print and take with you to give to crew to collect your order.

Orders for Home Delivery
If your order is for Home Delivery, please note the price is different as it includes 20% VAT. Once we have received your vouchers, your order will be despatched to you the next working day. Please note we can only send home delivery items to UK addresses.

Don’t worry if you want to spend more than the voucher value, we can take part payment using a credit or debit card.

E-Vouchers issued by Virgin Atlantic Flying Club:
Please follow the instructions for normal preorder or home delivery. Then once you have completed your shopping just enter the E Voucher code given to you by Flying Club. The order will then automatically be placed for you.
