Customer returns policy

Our Returns / Cancellation Policy: 

Our wide range of international brand name products ensures superior standards. We are therefore able to offer competitive prices, highest quality and guaranteed satisfaction. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, kindly return it to our Duty Free Supplier within 28 days of purchase and we will refund you the purchase price as long as it meets our terms and conditions explained below. 

All products are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, the product must be returned unused and in the same condition as purchased. By same conditions we mean that you have kept all original packaging with tags and labels attached, the product can be resold at full price and that you have not used the product.

Earrings for pierced ears and in-ear headphones are excluded for hygiene reasons unless the items are returned unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

We will only refund the purchase price as we are unable to send replacement products, should you wish to buy a replacement for size or colour please place a new order. 

All goods carry a 12-month international guarantee from date of purchase, which covers faulty goods (but not accidental damage after purchase). Any goods fitting this criteria will either be repaired or replaced by the Duty Free Supplier. All unused or faulty goods must be returned in their original packaging to the UK-based Duty Free Supplier by registered post to: 3Sixty Duty Free and More c/o Gate Gourmet, Perimeter Road South, Gatwick Airport West Sussex, United Kingdom, RH6 0PE, enclosing your full name, address, email address and phone number together with written details of complaint/reason for return and a copy of proof of purchase. Normal timeframes apply for returns as per all other products.
