Created with the aim of capturing the essence of the Surrey Hills, taking inspiration from the azure waters of the Silent Pool reflected in the bottle design to the chamomile growing through the cracks in the old barn floor where the distillery now stands, to the elderflower that grows in abundance around the Silent Pool and the rose and lavender that line our local village are just some of the botanicals you’ll find in the gin. 1L
